Flexible reservation: A flexible reservation can be cancelled up to 2 days prior to arrival. If a reservation is cancelled within 2 days prior to arrival a cancellation fee of 100% of the total cost of the reservation will be charged.

Non-Refundable reservation: A Non-Refundable reservation will be charged when the reservation is made. It is not possible to receive a refund if the reservation is cancelled.
